Become a part of our team as Localization Manager (m/f/d) in Cologne and take the following responsibilities:

  • Management and Recruitment of translators / localizers who work on our content in more than 40 languages
  • Responsibility for more than 80 translators and localizers worldwide
  • Analysis of performance data and KPIs (e.g. translation performance, cost analysis)
  • Creation and monitoring of to-dos and tasks, as well as briefing and on-boarding of new team members


  • Thorough experience in managing localization or translation departments
  • Fluency in English, further languages are a plus
  • You are familiar with Social Media, and online publishing (e.g. Gaming, Media, or others)
  • Working knowledge in data analysis, Google Sheets, Google Analytics and data in general
  • First experience in recruitment of translators
