Job Description

If exceeding expectations drives your success, we’re a match

Excellent customer service can take thinking on your feet, imagination, and empathy. If you’ve got it, you know how rewarding it is to give your all. We never get tired of going the extra mile when it comes to exceeding customer expectations. If you feel the same, you’ll want to work with like-minded colleagues in this upbeat, fulfilling position.

The TPM is responsible for supervising all phases of the translation project lifecycle (typically into multiple languages), including analyzing and estimating the project, scheduling translators, managing and tracking the production schedule, managing translation quality, delivery, and billing. The TPM interfaces directly with the client and coordinates efforts with the linguists and other project team members, always with the goal of complete customer satisfaction in mind.

Our fast pace is your fast track to success

Our energetic workplace could be just your speed. Join upbeat, confident people who are ready and able to do whatever it takes when there’s a sense of urgency.

If you like to work independently, this is the place for you

Our environment is ideal for individuals who are skilled and responsible enough to let experience guide them, not their supervisors. Although support is readily available, you won’t have someone looking over your shoulder. If you would like to work in an atmosphere where you will have the “mental space” you need to focus, and the respect of people who trust your abilities, we would like to get your application.
